Rules and Regulations

• Students must be in 12th grade and an active SkillsUSA member.
• Two students may compete per school.
• Each student may submit only one contest entry, and must present two plated presentations.
• The recipe must be original with chocolate as the primary ingredient.
• Commercial ingredients such as boxed mixes and prepared icings are not permitted; all items must be made from scratch by the entrant.
