	ASE/AYES/SkillsUSA Announce Partnership The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE), Automotive Youth Educational Systems (AYES) and Skills USA today announced an agreement to provide co-branded end of program exams for students in secondary and post-secondary automotive technology programs.
